On November 21, 2023, Scott D. Myers, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cartesian Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to his resignation, Mr. Myers served on the Board’s Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, and in connection with his resignation, Mr. Myers will cease service on both such committees. Mr. Myers’ resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
